not a good phone
Both my boyfriend and I had this phone. We both had the same problems, we had to keep replacing the chargers. I would plug the charger in and it would never charge. I have no idea why it does this but for it to happen to both phones tells me it is an overall problem. Other than this huge problem I really liked the phone.

I bought it for my daughter and i thought it was a good deal. When I first received it and started playing with it to figure the phone out, I realize that its like getting an old nextel phone with just a different look to it. Very dissapointed for my purchase.

You can beat this phone up!
I fumbled this phone on the pavement, off a ladder, kicked it down stairs once, and it was even crushed by a motorcycle but you'd never know it. Battery door came off, wnet right back on, but that's it. We're swapping most our phones to this one as the old ones wear out. Bullet proof!

Excellent
Had my phone for a year and it is great. Charge last at least 3 days sometimes a week depending what features I use on it. Pictures print out great. I don't web browse much so can't say a whole lot about that. My sister also has one and really likes it. Not too small or big. Really satisfied.

Great Phone, Beware of Motorola belt clip
I love my new i856. If there were any improvements it would be to have the headphone volume adjustment in smaller increments. Beware of the orignal Motorola belt clip.
