Account PINs are used to declare yourself as the account owner for your Sprint account, whether you are on your online profile or calling Care. Here are some tips:
- Your account PIN needs to be something not easily guessed such as sequential, repeating or patterned number.
- PINs should not be shared with others. If someone needs to access your account online, you can grant them profile permissions to do so on My Sprint/ My Preferences/Limits and Permissions.
- PINs, like passwords, should not be written down.
You can change your PIN to make it more secure. Go to to My Sprint/My Preferences/ My Account PIN. Here you can update your PIN and Security Question/Answer. You must have already entered your PIN in your profile to see this link.
