Service and repair center features could only be good if you could actually get any customer service there. I have had good experiences at service centers in Chicago: downtown on Lasalle St. and one that is now closed at 770 N halsted. Immediate and very satisfactory service. THere is another center at 300 N Ogden that on 2 visits has been horrendous each time. begin by waiting. People are way too busy to care that you are there. Today I just walked out after 10 minutes - nobody noticed or cared. If there's so much work, then why is it so poorly managed that they can't get help to figure out what you need, if you're in the right place, and what to expect. I hate this place. The previous visit was similar, same people, but I waited it out. It took the receptionist at least 10 minutes to figure out how much a new battery would cost me and that I would have to order it and it would take days. At the other centers, they were able to replace on site, no questions asked and set me on my way. SPrint ought to care about a place like this (300 N Ogden, Chicago) bearing its name. Bring back the folks who ran the one at 770 N Halsted - they knew what customer service meant.
