I just got my 3rd replacement Instinct M-800 and when the screen shuts down to go into standby mode it stops playing the nfl mobile live app and radio. With the latest firmware updates to the Instinct HD, the APIs that were recently opened on the Instinct M800 and S30, and originally opened on the HD, are now closed.  As an example, programs using GPS, including demo programs posted by Sprint employees on the developer site, now fail with security exceptions.   I hope this was an accidental error that can be fixed quickly.

I got the HD and charged it over night and decided to check out the camera. The battery was fully charged and I took 5 pictures and the battery drained down to 50% in less than 2 min. Hey guys.  I was walking out of bestbuy yesterday when for some odd reason my touchscreen decided it did not want to work anymore.  It was deafault to one section of the menu bar at the screen.  if i hit the first button (favorites) it go to favorites then pop right back to the (fun) icon.  no matter what i hit..  it goes back to the fun icon.  I took it in yesterday and they got it working for about 2 hours..

The unlocked APIs that Sprint promised for MR-6 aren't fully unlocked, as people who got the failed update may have seen. Many of the APIs (location, filesystem, PIM, and maybe more) are only available with the options "allow this time", "allow until exit" or "never allow". The glaring omission is "always allow". Without that option, every single time you run an app you will have to answer the permissions popup.

Instinct does not allow you to use it as a modem in case you want to tether your laptop while on a trip. No way to disable the secondary modem NAI. For all that we pay for "Unlimited Data Access", we should be able to use it as a modem occasionally.

Ok, I recieved an email that had a video in it. I downloaded the video to my card as TV/Video file. It never plays.
