I saw the commercial featuring 3 people in a car sharing the internet from the broadband card (with 1 driver) and I thought that was an interesting concept for it.

Truthfully when I read about this, I was wondering HOW it would be used.

Another thing, won't this CHEW up the customer's alloted bandwidth of 5gb per month if they have 5 people sharing the plan?

That is one of my many questions. They are coming out with the 4G network and talking like you will be able to upload and download large files simultaniously, but I am wondering if they will still be limiting file sizes and amount of data transfer like they do now. If they do what I need them to do, then this may be exactly what I have been waiting for for my business, but I have been waiting over a week and no one has gotten back to me from Sprint. So I am guessing that they must not want to sell these things that bad.  I saw Verizon has a MiFi, but no talk yet of a 4G network, but I may see if someone from there will answer my questions.

The MiFi runs over the current 3G (EVDO RevA) network.

The 4G network does not currently have any bandwidth caps, and speeds range from 2-4  MB/sec down and about half that up.  It's going to be available in about 10 major markets this fall, with more on the way in the future.  We offer a PC Card that can use both 3G and 4G, depending on which is available.
