Troubleshoot common issues on your Blackberry Tour 9630 smartphone

I just got the Blackberry Tour 9630 and everything works great EXCEPT - I don't have the Sprint TV or Sprint Music icons to link to these locations.  Where can I got to download them?  I have the GPS navigation and my package says I get these.  We had no problem on my husband's new phone.

    These should be pushed to the phone from the network when it was activated. You can reinitiate the push by going to Options > Mobile Network press the BB Menu button and choose "Update Profile". That should reinitiate the push from the network for all of the data setting sand applications. If that doesn't work, I don't know what the direct link for the download is, and I don't have a Tour handy at the moment without it installed already to check for the link. Have you tried calling into Technical Support?
