People are still seeing the mysterious " My Contents " Ghost showing up on their phones...what did you guys do to mess up this beautiful device?

For those who have seen this, you know what I mean, for those who haven't...eventually you will. Happens usually when pressing the blue star notification or checking email...instead of what's supposed to pop up....This does ( got a camera shot last September, but people are still seeing this )

Color even...Hummmmmmmmm???....question remains...how many abilities of this phone were scrapped to hog our device with Sprint extras?
