The htc product website states 262K colors, yet phonescoop states 65K on the specs section of the website.
I emailed them for the correction, but they are saying Android 1.5 only supports 65K colors so that is what we have unless update 2.0 supports more. He said the Hero is capable of 262K colors, but is currently limited by the OS.
But, they have the Moment listed as 16-million or something crazy and so I mentioned it should be changed to say 65K also if its a limitation by 1.5 OS?
It says it has a 3.2-inch 320 x 480 HVGA resolution, 262K-color TFT LCD touch-sensitive screen with LED backlight display, So the phone itself is capable. Noware on the HTC spec page does it quote the OS release. So it only shows its raw capability's. So it is in-fact, correct on the HTC specification page.
