Another Employee to the Bunch!

Hello all! I'm another Sprint Employee to the awesome Sprint family and thought I'd join here. I've been a part of Sprint in one form or another for about 6 years, and hopefully I can be of some assistance to you guys. I'm a Smartphone Specialist (dealing mostly with Blackberry and Palm), so if you need any assistance or information with that or anything else, please feel free to reach out to me!

The community looks great so far and I'm glad to be a part of it!

Reh any news about the Blackberry outage? While I'm still receiving emails,and BBM works, the browser, facebook, myspace and certain other applications are not working. I've heard there is a national outage for all carriers, any news on when this will be resolved?

It should be cleared up now, that was quite a terrible outage. If you're still unable to connect, you might want to call in so we can reprovision you. I'm just getting into my shift and haven't heard anything yet.
