Will Sprint replace the Palm Pre under warranty?

Does anyone know if Sprint will replace the pre under its year warranty, i have had continual problems with mine. Speaker doesnt work because the headphone jack screws it up, texts are disappearing, reboots constantly and freezes. I got mine the very first day it came out and was wondering if they would even replace it under the warranty since i dont have the insurance. Does anyone know?

dpgirl,

Yes, I believe that the Pre is warrantied against defects from manufacturing. You can take it to your local sprint store that is authorized for repair work (you can locate the closest one to you from the Sprint website). It is my understanding that they replace it with a refurbished one.
