M800 broken music player, I guess we'll never see it fixed?

We're at 5 months now since the music player was rendered inoperable.  Still no fix.

Will there ever be a fix?  Or if not, can we get a different phone for a reasonable price?

Also remember a time someone named teammate said Sprint was serious about resolving this issue a couple months back.

Yeah....okay...

Seems they force Sprint reps to test these phones periodically but not this phone...not any more.

As you can see by the boards, Sprint reps have abandoned  the Instinct in flavor of android, pre, and anything Not Instinct...And by how busy the boards have looked lately, a lot of the owners had the Instinct, so I wish them well, hoping Sprint doesn't blow this one for them.

First music update on the HD gave owners the stupid limitation, the tv erases favs, and nfl mobile live has no audio....

Yes, serious as a heart attack they are...least the navigation works right.

Gettin tired of being ignored for sure....Sprint

At 204$ a month Your Stealing money from me Everytime your cra.p fails to do it's job and ends up wasting my time...

Soak that in....and fix the music player already
