My main need for a phone is clarity in the phone. Went back to the ic602 several times because of the voice clarity of the caller. The phone one is just about finished. I think this is a great time to adapt to a Blackberry. Leaning towards the Curve. I don't need all APPS. Some texting, some internet use. I don't have much patience for the busy phones or am I intimidated because I don't understand them? I need to start moving forward. I do limited travel and emailing would be minimal also. Does the Curve or Tour seem better for my needs. Voice Clarity priority #1, texting - Distant #2. The Curve is $100 cheaper. Please give this close minded cell phone user some direction. Thanks.
The Curve is amazing, especially for the price. Great voice quality and volume too.
However, there are a lot of fiddly options to learn on a Blackberry...
I agree with Will. I have a Blackberry Curve 8330, and really love it. I can't turn the volume all the way up on a call or it hurts my ear. There are a lot of apps, but you can use them or not. I have used just about every app at least once since I got the Curve. It is a great phone for the money!
Curve the whole way. I have a Curve and played with a Tour while I was at the Sprint store yesterday, and when it comes right down to it, even with the paws that I have for hands, the Curve fits better in my hands. The keyboard is a little better than the Tour's for my liking, and the voice quality is outstanding.
Thanks guys. I have taken your word and ordered the Curve. I appreciate it.
Great! I don't think you'll be disappointed. Let us know how you like it after your play with it for a week or 2...
Good choice! i ran out n upgraded to the tour cause of the gsm feature. But honestly, i didn't like it. The tex feel on the new buttons takes a getting use to. Also I had problems voice calls, right away. Anyway, im back on the curve. Now i feel right a home.
But......... What would make my X mas list is, if sprint would get a Touchscreen Blackberry.....Now you're talking.
