when i attach my usb cable to download to my micro sd memory card  to my computer the device does not indicate the connection and when the computer indicates found new hardware it has not drivers to install the samsung device ( samsung Moment). According to the user manual this should not even happen the device should be recognized through my usb ports.  Does anyone know how to resolve this problem.   By the way tech support and the sprint field techs think that the voice recognition issue should be resolved adequately when they update to the 2.1 android platform.  However, when I connect a blueant v1 and command: "call  goog 411" it dials straight through, but this is the only voice dial it will do. With all others i have to use the button on the side or dial through contacts or the dialer.
