How can i block calls 

If do not want to receive calls from unknown numbers or numbers that i am not familiar with, how can I do thats?

I do apologize however there is not an option to block a particular number from calling the device, however there is an option to block a number from sending a text message to the device.

 

You are able to log into your Sprint.com account, click on online tools, then click on text messaging.

 Once you have done this you will see an option to enter a number that you no longer want to text message you. Enter the number and submit the  information, then select the option to block.

Text command to 9999, the text should include the number to block don't forget area code)
