Warm to the touch?  Mine get's TOO HOT TO TOUCH!  Literally...I cannot handle it without getting burned.  I am in a 3G only area, also.  Even if I run only a continuous ping (very low traffic), it heats up tremendously.  It's very warm even when just idle.  Also, I noticed less throughput rates after it heats up.  It seems to me that this product is powered VERY inefficiently and I'm concerned that it will cause an early failure eventually.  (of course when I'll need it the most)  I should have stuck with my Pantech 500 card.
