Samsung Instinct

Received the New Samsung instinct hd about 10 days ago and I have not been able to get the tv/video or radio to work.  Have called Sprint 3xs and have gone back to Best Buy 2x's an exchanged the phone 2x's and I continue with the same problem.  When I click on the feature is tells me the installation failed and just locks up the phone so I have to power it off.  Have downloaded all the updates and have Best Buy try to help me but I still can't access these features.  Can anyone help me? I am so ready to return this phone and get something else.  Please someone help me out before I chuck this phone out the window.
