Does anyone know of a good-quality, reasonably-priced "throat mic" handsfree headset that is compatible with PTT?

Not one of those bulky, heavy-duty military type units, rather one that a "regular person" can use conveniently that doesn't attract too much attention. I'll only use it in the car, and I usually wear a shirt with a collar, so that will cover it up and reduce the "dork-factor" considerably. But the built-in Bluteooth in the car has crappy audio quality for both transmit & receive, and I need to find a good, useable throat-mic handsfree for the car. Hopefully someone on BAW has experience with such a unit. I'd appreciate any info any of you might have.
