the bb smartphone is awesome get softsoftware update from menu in phone is easier than by online it is auto install takes an hr and cant use the phone till is done but all u have to do is go in your menu settings somewhere and click search for update then give permissions and should fix any issues with the media player i had that one and it fixes many other issues or bug u may have bb is amazing
