Blackberry Service Plan helppppp please

I recently purchased a Blackberry 8830 Curve with the information that the
Sprint Power Vision BlackBerry Pack was available for only $30 with unlimited texts and internet. When I contacted customer service they said that plan is not available let alone it is on their website and the sales re at the store told me. http://nextelonline.nextel.com/en/stores/popups/blackberry_data_services_popup.shtml

Is there anyone that can help me with this?

There is a $30 Blackberry plan. Gives you access to just about everything that it can do aside from PAM and BES service. It should still be in the system, no plans have been changed yet, and I don't think the Blackberry Pack is changing with the next plan change.

Out of curiosity, why didn't you have the rep at the store add it for you? Did you get the device online or over the phone instead? I just added the $30 service today, so I know it is still in the system.

That data pack is still available, it has not been discarded. It is just called the BlackBerry Personal Pack now. It includesunlimited text messaging, unlimited data access, unlimited web browsing, Sprint Navigation, On Demand, NFL Mobile, Sprint TV and BlackBerry Internet Service. You can add phone as modem to it for an additional $15.00 per month.
