  sounds like your browser can't handle the content of the web site you are trying to view. try this other browser called opera - you can get it by going to m.opera.com on your phone.

  Make sure that you have the latest software on the phone.If you're getting that error going to certain specific site, may be the site  is not  formatted  to be on your phone.
