I had install the software version that came out on 10/19/2010, and it messed up my phone. My phone was charging but it didnt say it was charging. Also, I couldn't hear anything, when I dialed out or someone called me. The only time I had audio is if I used it on speakerphone. However I did take my phone to the sprint store, and of course they was able to fix it after 2 hours later, but its working fine, as before. So heads up for anyone that installs it, and they have the same issue. Dont panic, it is fixable.
