I am sorry that you are having problems with restricted calls on your daughter's phone.  At this time, we do not have a way of blocking restricted or caller id blocked calls.  I do apologize for that. Now the phone that your daughter has does have parental controls where you may be a ble to set up to where she is only allowed to answer calls that are from her contact list, etc.  You can get this information from the userguide on page 43.
