I live in the Grand Rapids area and have had horrible service for the last 5+ months.  I have had ongoing issues from:

- Not able to make outgoing calls

- People call my either of my phones and get busy signal (when they can be turned off even)

- Text messages can't get sent and are stuck

- Call quality is horrible and filled with static

- phones (plural) are both locking up and require restarts multiple times a week (after one has been replaced in last 6 months)

Tried talking to Sprint Customer service have been told numerious times in last 5 months that "a tower is down and will be repaired in the next week".  Every time that date given is almost exactly a week out from when I call.  I have been told a ticket has been created and I would be called.  Now the best part is that instead of getting us a credit on our bill or letting us out of the contract we are told that they can't do anything until the issue is fixed.  I heard sprint customer service had gotten better but this seems to be the opposite of what I am getting.   Apparently having to use a micro cell tower in your home is the only way to get service.  (I have no signal problem, just service issues at my home).  Anyone have any thoughts?
