S7300 error when using "Sprint Mobile Email Work"

Does anyone know how to clear a S7300 error message?
I'm using an LG Rumor Touch to setup my Microsoft Exchange 2007 email account using the "Sprint Mobile Email Work" or "@Email" application that comes standard on the phone.

Error S7300 indicates an issue with an item in the customer's inbox or server. Try going to Settings > Refresh All Data. If your still having issues try deleting and readding the account from the device.
