I checked your coverage area(VEGA ALTA, PR 00692) for Direct Connect service and is not available as of right now. You can always go to http://coverage.sprint.com/IMPACT.jsp?ECID=vanity:coverage for further coverage info or visit this site to get info on network upgrades. https://network.sprint.com/
