Make sure your account PIN is secure

Account PINs are used  to declare yourself as the account owner for your Sprint account, whether you  are on your online profile or calling Care. Here are some  tips:

  • Your account PIN needs to be something not easily guessed such as sequential, repeating or patterned number.
  • PINs should not be  shared with others. If someone needs to access your account online, you can grant them profile permissions to do so on My Sprint/ My Preferences/Limits and  Permissions.
  • PINs, like passwords, should not be written down.

You can change  your PIN to make it more secure. Go to to My Sprint/My Preferences/ My Account  PIN.  Here you can update your PIN and Security Question/Answer.  You must have  already entered your PIN in your profile to see this link.
