There are three ways you can check to see if your device is eligible for an upgrade.
Go directly to the Upgrade Eligibility Site located here.
This link is also located in the footer of all pages under ‘Shop”
Use your phone
Text the word "upgrade" to 1311
On the My Sprint/My Account tab
Log into your online profile (you must be the account holder).
Locate the "Upgrade phone" link in the I want to section next to the phone you are looking to upgrade.
Call into Customer Care
Press *2 on your handset.
Enter phone number.
Press 1 to check upgrade eligibility.
