Community Will be Read-Only 12/9 - 12/15

As you know, we're moving to a new platform, which should be up and running December 15th. Unfortunately as part of our transition, we have to freeze all content for the final few days before transition. Rather than lose content posted during the transition period, we will make the Community Spaces Read-Only from December 9th through December 15th.
What does that mean for me?
You will be able to view existing content on these boards but you may not be able to log in and you will not be able to create new posts, threads, private messages or blogs. Existing content will receive no new replies, likes or ratings during this time as well.

What to Expect when we Launch
Sprint Employees, Agents & Admins
If you are a Sprint employee, you will not be able to blog as usual during the lockdown period and will have to update your password when the new community launches. Once the new Community is up and all content migrated, you should be able to create new content and respond to questions on previous content just as before.
Need help with your Sprint service or account? Post here - but be aware, this is a public forum visible to everyone including Google! Do not post your phone number, full name, account number, social security number or any other private data. This is public!
