Wireless Manager support is just a click away.  Support reps are now available to support you via a new online-chat feature accessible directly from Wireless Manager. Access chat for support questions such as:

 

  • Updating plans, features, and devices listed on an account
  • Questions on how to perform account management transactions
  • Removing Wireless Manager logins or point of contacts who are no longer with your company

 

Access the chat feature by clicking on Chat With Us link in the header; complete a short form, and Initiate Chat.

 

Wireless Manager support is also accessible through eCenter by clicking Email Us from Telecom Manager eCenter or by contacting the support team directly at 888-800-5558.
