Wanted to introduce myself and share some thoughts.

I’m Lon France the Director of Online Engagement. I managed the team that initially launched this community and am back again with Tristan, Will and Sarah.

When we launched BAW the company was honestly not ready for the kind of open communication we all strive so hard to maintain in this forum. Initially Sprint experimentally dabbled without full comprehension. Some areas embraced the medium and most ignored it. Since that time, and really over the past few months, that tide has shifted. We're getting sincere engagement from the President level on down and requests for ways to listen to you and take that feedback to our suppliers and internal teams. A shift from dabbling experiment to strategically important is well underway.

Look for more direct engagement from our device and product teams in BAW as well as more open discussions from senior level executives. I think even more importantly look for more candid dialog from us. I think you will like what Steve Elfman has to say in his live event on Dec. 18 at 12:30 p.m. ET. He is my group's President and a huge supporter of the online space.

I plan to post more often and expect you to meet my initial words with appropriate skepticism and judge based on action. My personal commitment to this community is increased engagement from key areas of Sprint and a more open culture that meets your advice and requests with the respect and diligence they deserve.

We are making progress and its accelerating.................
