Sevice was never great, now seems to be a hardware issue. Phone calls received are completely garbled and we have not received home phone calls in months. Since it is a two year contract we are paying for absolutely nothing.

I'm not sure if it is the equipment or the service but I have basically been paying for this device/service for over a year now and have only been able to use it a couple times. And even then, I had to disconnect the device and reconnect it every time I use my phone. HORRIBLE and would definitely NOT recommend it!!!!

I cannot be on the phone more than 10 minutes tops. The calls constantly drop or either I cannot hear the caller or the caller cannot hear me. I plugged my home phone into my Time Warner jack and it works fine. No dropped calls, no hearing issues...Sprint Home Phone service stinks. I am locked into a contract for another 9 months. It may be cheaper for me to keep paying the bill rather than to cancel the service. I no longer use the Sprint Home Phone. What an inconvenience!

For something that is supposed to replace a phone line it fails.
Although it works fine with voice, we needed to be able to use our fax machine and everytime we use it we get a time out error or it does not sync when the other fax answers.
