Registration failure. Your username and/or password may be incorrect.   Please try again. Note: Repeated entries of an invalid password during a   24-hour period will result in a 20-minute suspension. A suspended username   may not be used until the suspension expires, even when submitted with the   correct password. If this problem persists, you may need to contact Customer   Care.

Authentication   failed.  This could be a result of   improper provisioning. or a change to your username or password.

Click   OK. Another screen must appear that gives the you 3 options:

  1. Try Again
  2. Restart
  3. Cancel

Please   try again. If the problem continues, it is likely that the service is   incompatible with the browser.

This is not a Boost network, device, or a browser issue.   It is a limitation set up on the web site trying to be accessed.

Error Code 401
Improper authentication.

Please try again. If the problem persists, it is likely that you provided   incorrect credentials.

 

 

 

 

The requested service requires proper authentication. If   the browser supports basic authentication, it will show a dialog asking for a   user-name and password, if the browser doesn't show this, it won't be able to   complete this request.

Each   web server manages user authentication in its own way. A Web Master, at the   site typically decides which users are allowed to access the URL. This person   then uses Web server software to set up those users and their passwords. If   you need to access the URL (or you forgot your user ID or password), only the   security officer at that site can help you. You will need to contact the Web   Master for that site for any additional support.

This   is not a Boost Network or Device issue.

Error Code 402
The request from your browser cannot be satisfied by the server. Payment   Required.

The request for service on the server could not be   completed due to service closure based on account delinquency. The account   will be re-activated once the responsible party has paid any remaining   overdue balance.

Contact   the webmaster of the site to determine requirements for accessing the site.

Not a Boost Network or Device Issue.

Error Code 403

Access forbidden.
The web page or document you requested is restricted.

The service you requested is restricted and not available   to the handset browser. The restriction can be based on the IP-address,   hostname, browser software, time-of-day or other variables.

Try   again later.

Access   is forbidden by the administrator of the site you are attempting to access.

Boost   cannot request access to the site.

Error Code 404

Document not found.

The server has not found anything matching the URL   requested. The condition may be temporary or permanent.

 

 

 

Verify   that the URL has been entered correctly.

If   correct, the page cannot be located due to an issue with the page itself.

Boost   cannot locate the new address for the site.

Error Code 406

Not Acceptable.

This error occurs if the web server detects that the only   response it can generate is not acceptable by the device. This error occurs   very rarely with web browsers, because most devices accept any data returned   from the server.

Try   again later. If the issue continues, the page they are trying to access may   not be available from your handset.

Error Code 408

Server timed out.

The server timed out while waiting for the request. The   server did not receive a complete request within a certain amount of time.

Try   again later.

Error Code 410

Gone.

The requested page or document is no longer available at   the server and no forwarding address is known.

The   page you tried to open is no longer available on that site.

Error Code 502

Bad Gateway

The server received an invalid response in its attempt to   fulfill the request.

This   error is due to a bad response from the server for the web page they are   trying to access.

Error Code 503

Service Unavailable

The request was not completed. The server is temporarily   overloaded or down.

Try   again later.

Error Code 504

Gateway Timeout

The Wireless Data Server did not receive a timely response   from the server it accessed in its attempt to complete the request.

The   issue is not with the customer’s phone but there are a few things you can   recommend to the customer:

  • •1.        Retry the web page again. The error may only be   temporary; trying the page again will often be successful.
  • •2.        Come back later. Since this error message is an issue   with the web site's network or a server that it communicates with, everyone visiting   this site is probably experiencing the same problem.
  • •3.        If you can't wait any longer for the problem to be   resolved, contact someone for the website and let them know you are receiving   an error.

NOTE: The webmaster of most Internet sites can be reached via email at   webmaster@website.com, replacing website.com with the actual website name.
