i have tried to view my billing history and statement and i can not find it...i tried to sigh up for eBill and when i enter my username and password it takes me to the begining at Sprint.com..please help
Hello, a few suggestions:
Make sure you account number is added to your online profile:
Go to settings and passwords>edit online profile> add account>enter your correct account number...
Next to view your billing statements:
Go to billing and payments>billing history and analysis>bill history> from there you can view up to 24 months of bills in PDF format..
