How do you rectify Fraudulent Charges Nightmare?

Has anyone experienced fraudulent international charges on their sprint bill? If so, how do you rectify this if the "fraud" dept confirms it is not considered fraud based on their investigation? I have been a valued customer for more than 7 years and appalled at the fraud department to accuse me of making $700 worth of international phone calls. You woudl think logically they would take the time to review my account history for account usage, trending etc.
