You shouldn't have been able to set up an account without providing a PIN. Did maybe someone else set it up? There's some info on this page:

Wow...I see that I am definitely not alone in having this problem with getting into the Sprint Music Store on my phone. I too have been getting a message requesting that I enter my 4 digit pin which I do not have!! I just spent an hour and a half on the phone with Sprint Tech Support but to no avail. She tried everything possible my phone has been resetted (causing me to lose everything) she even had me update my software over the phone with her. I am still getting the message. Does anyone have another link to send the pin to you? The link already posted in the reply to this original post will not populate. I do believe the link may be outdated.
I have the same problems as the other users here.. clicking on this link
tells me to input my phone number, unfortunately my phone number is not accepted. Very afraid to call support because I don't have 2 hours to waste. Ideas?
