Disconnect a phone

I need to put one of my phones on hold for 2 weeks. How do I do this?

    Contact customer care at 888-211-4727 and we can place device on hold.  You would have a couple of different options depending on what you need it on hold for.  We can temporarily suspend line and will still charge monthly service fee during time frame or if you are needing line suspended for longer period of time we offer some seasonal plans you can change to for up to 6 months.
