There may be Streaming multimedia applications receiving errors on a new software version. Send me a private message with your phone number so that I can update Media Stream HTTP RESET and I will reply a private message as to how to update Media Stream HTTP RESET on your phone.
I did refresh your device. Please tell me if you are still experiencing any streaming issues. Also, make sure the Youtube application is updated by going to the Android Market and searching for Youtube. If you see "Update" you need to update the application. If you see "Open" then you know it is already up to date.
What happens when you try to view a video? Do you get an error message? Does it just load forever? Are you trying to watch high quality videos on the 3G connection? What applications other than Youtube are you also having trouble with? I need more information to see what is causing this.
I have been unable to stream Amazon Video on Demand videos since I got the EVO 3D in July. I get this error "Unable to connect to video. Please try again later." I had no problems playing these on my EVO 4G.
I can stream Youtube videos from the site or app. I can stream Netflix videos from the app. I can stream video from other internet sources.
Could you please help me, too?
If you can't stream Amazon Instant Video content to your EVO 3D make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your phone. I thought it would update to the latest version automatically but I had to manually update to version 10.3 and now my videos from Amazon.com stream and play pervectly on my phone.
I hope this helps others with the same problem.
Hello, also I'm having this problem with my EVO 3D. This happened before the last update I received and it is still occuring. I first noticed it when I was trying to stream a You Tube video with 3G. It would try to load it for a long time, then it would say "There was a problem while playing, please tap to try again". I also tried watching movie trailers on other sites or apps and on Sprint TV and it still says, "Unable to play video". I tried installing updates for Flash player(10.3), You Tube, etc, uninstalling them, etc and this has not solved the issue. However, though they will not work on 3G, I can still stream videos when I connect to 4G and WiFi. I took my phone to a Sprint Store yesterday and the guy there recommended reseting my phone to factory default. He reset my phone and was able to play a You Tube video on 3G right away. So, we thought this solved the problem. But a few hours later when I tried to load another video, my phone is back to the same way, not playing videos except on 4G and WiFi. I reinstalled updates for Flash Player and YouTube, etc since resetting the phone, I have not had a problem connecting to the internet for anything else. Help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
