I have been a sprint user for over 10 years. I have a huge data plan and want to get a lower plan since kids have left and grown up.
Sprint respond by saying pay your bill before they will talk to me even if it is not due yet.
I am paying for services I do not use and they just want to keep taking my money. As soon as my current contract expires I will be out.
Long time customers are trated as a piggy bank to take money out of.
Any suggestions for new service at a lower price?
I have a similar complaint. I am being billed for mobile hotspot and have tried cancel it and have it removed over and over again with no positive response. Usually they have been fair with any grievance that I've had, but right now they are failing and so I may switching over to Verizon or AT&T.
