we have spent so long with support trying to resolve this issue. i have no problem sending messages when away from my home. but when my wife gets home and tries to send a sms message after the phone has hooked up to the airave, i get a code 97 error. sprint just sent a replacement phone and i activated it while not on airave as it was suggested in this forum but text was still blocked. i have been on the phone with an airave "specialist" and he tested my airave and said it was responding correctly.

 

i have googled this and everyone seems to be able to re-boot there airave and they are good to go but for some reason not me.

 

i appreciate any help or advice from anyone with knowledge of this issue.  i have completely had it up to here with this phone issue.
