I live in Oklahoma city and ever since the service changes I rarely have signal in NW OKC to SW OKC, I only have service in my house as I have an AirWave (Thanks Sprint for at least helping with this)
Truthfully, I don't mind how much I pay per month with unlimited services (But I rarely get to take advantage of them).
I have a Galaxy Nexus that is almost always on 1 bar, always drops calls, and the phone turns off on it's own randomly. I've spoken with tech support and they suggested I take it to a service center for Diagnostics, but my Nexus S had this same problem and it was never remedied so I'm a bit hesitant.
Help Please, anyone. Sprint if you are listening, get 4G to OKC or give us the ability to cancel. Service is so poor here.
I have Updated the sprint PRL Multiple times and the Data profile, this has never been a fix unfortunatly. It's the lack of coverage after sprint lost contract with Pioneer Cell towers.
However that is irrelevent at this point, I have reset the device back to default settings as well.
Poor service Everywhere.
I'm sorry for the delay in our response, I don't see any outages in the area. Just so I can understand, have you come across any other Sprint user that's experiencing the same issue?

Omg, if I could avoid the ETF I would be so gone it isn't even funny. Unlimited data doesn't mean **** if I can't
even get on the network. And I always laugh when a tech gives level 1 support saying update prl and profile.
How about updating your tower. Can I give that suggestion???? You do that, then I will update my phone!!!
This is what Sprint tells me all the time. First they denied there was anything wrong. As if ignoring the problem it was going to go away. Then they donwplayed it saying it was just an update that would soon be fixed. Then they said they saw the problem and that they would be fixing it soon. Now they are saying it may take days or months, that they don't know. I called them 8 months ago from Fort Worth, TX. In the meantime they want payment as if we are getting the service and forget about cancellation. They want their EFT. It is a way to pat themselves on the back for a job well done. Ridiculous! My data is still 0 to .7Mb max! My calls fail and drop. My conversations get cut-off.
Don't waste your time and money with them. They don't deserve your time, money or business. Don't pay their fees and look for a better provider.
delmymoran : you are true. I bought sprint about 20 back. With few days i called then and said i have issue with coverage at my home and my community. Answer they gave was, we are sorry to hear that, we will send you AirRave device which will help with calls at home. And we are installing some new towers in that area and it should fix this issue in couple of months. And Stupid me instead of cancelling i stayed with them. Those couple of months never came.
Now its extent that people would say they call me and i don't even see their calls on my phone. Its not just me i know 3 other people that have same issue. When i called sprint they say i am in fair coverage. I said you guys are more than welcome to come to my home and see how does their fair coverage looks. She kept on going on and on about things. One rep also wanted me to send to their tech center to get my phone checked for 50$ a phone for all phone i have. What a way to rip people off. They also said they wont waive ETF even though its network problem as their computer shows i am in "FAIR" coverage area. And it shows i have more than 98% call quality. I asked how do you guys calculate it? And what about calls that i dont even see on screen. And answer was they can see calls only if they do not go through. And its funny they say that call quality is 98%. Well all i can say is at max i will have to handle this for 3-4 months. And i will be gone!!!! Also one of my friend already moved to ATT.
