Poor Voice Quality 65714

Since yesterday, both my wife and I have been experiencing voice calls that break up to the point of un-usability.  We are on different phones and accounts.  Is there an estimated timeframe for resolving this?

    For the last few days I have been having trouble with my internet and phone service. Lots of dropped calls, phone calls that never ring to my phone and get sent directly to voicemail, slow internet connection, poor voice quality, should I go on? My employee is having the same problem, she is on the same plan as me. However, I have 3 other employees that each have their own plans that are experiencing the same problems. I have the Galaxy sIII and she has the older version.
