HTC EVO 4G LTE SOUND ISSUES

Running rootedDirty Racun | SuperJelly ROM | HBOOT 2.09.4444 with TWRP. I have tried numerous ROMS to correct my issue but my problem still exist. After wiping my phone or restarting to do a hard/soft reset, something involving my sound goes corrupt. When pushing up/down volume control buttons, it does not make the normal sound. My phone will only vibrate and any messages that come thru lack sound or the ringtone. I have done several reboots and resets and nothing works. What good is a phone that lacks sound? It's not a speaker issue because I have to restart it several times in order to get the volume back. It's as bad as setting it for an alarm clock and can't hear the notification alarm, just the vibrate going off. It's very frustrating and am tired of Sprint nonetheless for their terrible service and lack of 4G in my area which was promised since 2010. I am fed up and tired of having no answers. Even I can't hear phone calls incoming/outgoing so I can't even hear the dial pad when dialing a number. When a person calls, there is no notification of a ring just a vibrate and also have difficulty with some ROMS just being too **** slow. Don't know what to do at this point but buy a basic phone, shorten the ETF and get the **** away from **** service.
