Apple NEVER pre-releases information about new devices. At best, they'll announce a new device at a well known Apple conference or event, and release it for sale the next day or at the latest, two weeks later.
No one knows what they'll name the next iPhone, whether there will be more than one new model, and what it/they will look like, etc.
But, going by past release dates, they'll announce a new model(s) in mid-September for sale in early October.
Release date for the 4.8-inch iPhone 6 is pegged for a June 2014 debut where as the 5S is reportedly set for September 2013. However, it is expected that Apple could significantly advance the scheduled roll out if only to arrest the surging momentum of its chief rival, Samsung, analysts said. Samsung Note III is scheduled to be released this September 2013.
