Anyone know how to block the MF9 update from getting installed? I have a new S4 that seems to not have it

does it change the Android version from 4.2.2?

Does it change the SW version from L720VPUAMDL?

Is the Kernal version then later than 3.4.0-529760?

What are the significant IDs?

Why do you want to block it? If you have literally just bought it, install the update and do a factory reset. It will pretty much kill any chance you have of encountering issues plaguing many who are mostly trying to fix it without doing it. I've learned larger "software version" updates work best after a factory reset on android, even though they say in place upgrades work just fine. Minor software updates that just update a few apps seem to be less prone to issues.

A few moments on Google Image search would've nabbed you a screenshot with the info though :

    SW: L720VPUAMF9

    AV: 4.2.2

    KV: 3.4.0-953334 Tue, Jun 25

Don't know what you mean by significant ID's though...
