In order to assist, I just need to know a it more information. Your current SIM, is it lost or damaged? Also have you visited your local service and repair center in regards to the issue? If so what did they tell you?
I am sure we can reach a resolution for this problem.

The sim is LOST. I have not had the chance to go to a service center yet.
The phone always has this "No SIM card. 4G LTE will not work as SIM/UICC is removed. Please insert Sprint SIM/UICC int..."
Because of this i am only able to access 3G network speeds. And data only works on CDMA ONLY mode. If I switch to CDMA/LTE or Automatic i get no data at all.
Thanks for the reply!
The store can definitely assist if a SIM is in stock. I can check it out for you. Please provide your zip code and I will contact the store in advance to see if they haven any available. That's usually the best place to start!

Thank you for the information provided.
I have reached out to the top 5 service and repair centers within a 10 mile radius and I FOUND ONE! The following store:
2300 Holcomb Bridge Rd Ste 402
Roswell, GA 30076
has a SIM for that device. I spoke with a store rep by the name of Laura who confirmed this. I would advise visiting this location as soon as possible to have this issues resolved.
If further assistance is needed, please don't hesitate to let me know. I am here to help!

Thanks for your post. From my understanding, only select retail locations have this item for sale. Locating a store that does may simply require contacting a few locations to ensure that actually sell and have said SIM in stock. To locate a store nearby, please visit www.sprint.com/storelocator. Please keep us posted on the outcome of your store visit.

I had spent more than 2 hours talking to several csr from sprint about a lost sim card. No one seems to know that the HTC ONE needs a sim card to connect to the lte network. I then tried to go to a store, where I actually showed the tech support personnel that a phone from their company has a External sim card. Is this for real? Is there anyway whatsoever I can get a replacement sim card for my phone?
Thanks in advance!
sam... - Yes, the HTC ONE has a removable UICC card that contains the ICCID number needed to connect with our LTE network. I apologize for any confusion with our CSRs, our CSRs know the card as UICC and not SIM.
A replacement UICC card be obtained only through our Sprint Corporate Service and Repair locations and ask for a replacement UICC cards.

Thank you for some initial information. The no SIM card for 4g LTE error cropped up on my phone over the weekend, however, I have ZERO interest in purchasing a new SIM card for my HTC One and instead would like information on how to get one installed, free of charge.
When I purchased my HTC One I was VERY specific in my questions regarding 4G LTE capability and if this phone would work on the 4G LTE network as-is and was told yes. I further asked if the SIM card in the phone on the date of purchase would suffice and was told emphatically YES.
My zip code is 50266 and that is the zip code where I purchased the phone so any dealers/service spots to get this installed free of charge would be great.
