been with them for over a year. Had to renew A couple months back due to a discount through my employer. During my time with sprint my calls constantly drop. Unless they can increase service for my area I would like to switch to the best carrier for my area. What fees do I have to pay to make this happen. Please provide me a direct answer not a dodge by asking more about my issue to resolve. There is no solution, I am customer that does not want his calls being dropped any more. Again please let know what I have to pay to get out if this and move my number over to another carrier. Thank you.

you will always hear they are upgrading so that is why your paying extra fees because u will soon have 4g or lte truth is Ive been paying for years and years. the service sucks they lie and if u cancel they will nail u with cancelation fee plus about 50 in taxes even though they say u pay your bill in advance you should plan on paying higher then anything they say!~ THEY LIE!!

I hear some frustration in your voice, which you are right to feel. I know it may seem as though nothing is being done, but ever time your information is taken and looked into this helps to alert the techicans and other network service teams. Some network issues are not know right away and things like high volume calls to care and pinpointing the location help to escaltion the matter needing to be resolved. So for me just because it's not there does not mean it is not taking place. If you are in a Network Vision area, then you can expect to see delays and interferance with service while in transition. Seriously the worst network going. Constant dropped calls, missing texts, inability to find 3G in the middle of a metropolitan area. I've been putting up with it to avoid the ETF, but it's gotten to the point I can't rely on being able to make an emergency call. Seems like failure to provide the services for which you're paid is a breach of contract. Unfortunately, our only recourse is to tell everyone we know to avoid Sprint at all costs. I have better luck with two tin cans and a string.
Ditch Sprint! They have been telling me the same thing for almost five years, they're upgrading the network! Thats the joke on us, DON'T Fall for it - DROP Sprint - have the last laugh! I can't talk within a fifty mile radius from my home without dropped calls, even along a major interstate highway. I have the latest phone and PRL updates too. I have to use Skype at home.
