Want out of my contract, how much do I need to pay?

been with them for over a year. Had to renew A couple months back due to a discount through my employer. During my time with sprint my calls constantly drop. Unless they can increase service for my area I would like to switch to the best carrier for my area. What fees do I have to pay to make this happen. Please provide me a direct answer not a dodge by asking more about my issue to resolve. There is no solution, I am customer that does not want his calls being dropped any more. Again please let know what I have to pay to get out if this and move my number over to another carrier. Thank you.
