I have successfully moved both of my phones to an MVNO, and would like to close my Sprint account.
When I call from my landline, it kicks me off because I have no devices activated.
I tried calling from my cell, but we have towers off-line in my area and the reception is poor.
How do I close my account?
If you have ported all of your numbers your account is canceled. No further action on your part is necessary. You account is like a tree - when you cut all the limbs off the billing is ceased. You can always call 888-211-4727 and ask for account services if you want to confirm.
