I would like to know if there is a way to set up your/arrange a payment past the due date. I do all my bill pay online and cannot find a way to do pay my bill just 5 days later. Just wanting confirmation that this is true, and if so why cannot this not be adjusted. We as the customer lose if we cnnot pay on time, not the company. You get your late fees and I have to pay late. No other company I work with has a problem with this.
