I'm having a problem with Sprint TV. All of a sudden, I am being asked to pay for the "Included Channels" (base channels), which should be free. (At least they were free until yesterday!) I first noticed that I was being asked to pay for CBS, NBC News, etc. today. (It's like Sprint is treating these channels, which are supposed to be free, according to the Website, like Premium Channels.)
I called Sprint this morning - and went into the store today, as well. I've already tried everything they told me to do (i.e. clearing the cache; uninstalling the update/reinstalling the app; resetting my phone to factory settings; etc., etc.) All I have received from Sprint reps thus far are a LOT of excuses and misinformation at this point. Can someone please help?
Thanks for letting us know what has been going on with your Sprint TV. Have you been able to get any further with this issue? Do you know others in your area who are having the same issue.
