I agree with your Doe and Kelsey assessment. A CDMA site there would most likely solve the problem. There is a signifcant residential area just north of Goshen and just east of Akers that has horrible Sprint coverage. It seems like it would be a priority location to improve Sprint's network because it is a fairly affluent area where many small business owners live. THey would become Sprint customers if coverage was decent. It is also contains a large church and is the fastest growing area of Visalia.
